Shipping Policy
· All orders are processed from Takuratech (Pty) Ltd and delivered within South Africa only.
· Courier: The Courier Guy – Economy service by default unless otherwise arranged.
· Delivery Address: Door-to-door only. PO Boxes are not accepted. Please provide a valid street address.
· Delivery Costs: Calculated at checkout based on actual or volumetric weight, order value, and destination.
· Estimated Delivery Times: Business days, commencing from order dispatch. Delivery may be delayed if products are sourced from suppliers.
· Stock Availability: Most products are not kept in stock at our premises. Quantities displayed on the Website are estimates based on supplier information.
· Lead Times: Fully assembled or custom-built products may take longer due to assembly and testing.
· Remote Locations: Delivery to farms, mines, and other non-serviceable areas is not supported.
Risk Transfer: Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery and signature at the nominated address.

Returns Policy (CPA Compliant)
· Customers may cancel an online order within 7 (seven) days of delivery in accordance with Section 44 of the Consumer Protection Act.
· Unopened Products: Eligible for a full refund (excluding delivery costs). Must be in original packaging and resalable condition.
· Opened Products: May incur a restocking fee of up to 25%, provided they are in resalable condition.
· Software, Digital Products, Consumables: Cannot be returned once opened.
· Faulty Products: Manufacturer warranties apply (minimum 12 months unless stated). DOA products within 30 days may be collected by Takuratech at our cost.
· Refunds: Processed after returned goods have been inspected and approved. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless legally required.
